I'm a husband, married to my lovely wife for almost 16 years. I have 2 daughters (soon to be a 13 year old and a 5 year old). I'm a Captain with Roanoke Fire-EMS, located in Southwest VA with 17 years as a career firefighter/emt and 5 years previous as a volunteer. I'm a Swift Water Rescue Instructor, Heavy and Tactical Rescue Training Specialist and I was a Crossfit Level 1 Coach for 5 years. I love promoting overall well-being to first responders and finding ways to get or keep them motivated to Train Hard and Do Work. Just signed up for my first Ironman Half (70.3) I'm calling it my midlife crisis. You can find me easiest on Instagram.
